I tend to suck at life. It's not that life sucks, its just that I was really bad at it. Here's a
few tidbits that have helped me not suck so bad at life.
High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is found in almost everything
as a sweetener, but it's worse for you than real sugar.

sweetener. In normal doses studies have shown it to have no negative health effects, but in higher doses (like 20 cans)
it exceeds the FDA limit.

I use cast iron because it's just as easy to clean up, you can use metal utinsels, and they're cheap! FYI use
butter when cooking eggs to prevent sticking, not oil.
http://www.teflonhealthhazard.com/teflon-labeled-cancer-risk.htmlrBST is a hormone used to produce more milk in cows. Their udders get so big they get infected and have
to be shot up with drugs. Any transfer of rBST to humans has mostly been disproved but you're still drinking
puss filled milk which I would think qualifies as sucking.

away. Some airlines are better than others, some airports are better than others. Ask about their recycling policy.
If it sucks, just takes your cans into the airport to recycle there.
